BE A FAMILY FIT FEST PARTNER
We’re excited you are interested in joining Family Fit Fest! FFF is a free event offered to the residents of Polk County by the Junior League of Greater Winter Haven. Our mission for FFF is to make a positive impact on the way families eat, live and play by having community partners like you educate and interact with attendees.
Family Fit Fest will be held in Winter Haven’s Central Park and will feature a main stage with various activities engaging the attendees, surrounded by partner booths. On the main stage, we plan to have events such as a hula hoop contest, mini fitness classes, cooking demonstrations, motivational speakers, fire safety skits, etc. along with a family-friendly DJ and lots of door prize giveaways. We will also be holding a family fun run which will make a lap around central park. The main stage is our headliner way of providing fun, yet educational content to the attendees. Partners will be asked to have a booth around the main stage on Central Park with information on their company or offerings. We would like each partner to have something to give to the attendees whether it’s an informational flyer, discount coupon, small freebie or an interactive experience that fits in with their mission. For example, a bike shop could offer helmet fitting, a doctors office could offer a hearing test, a fitness store could have a jump rope contest, and a preschool or day care could offer car seat position instruction. These are just a few examples of beneficial wellness information or activities that would foster interaction with attendees.
Our goal with this event is to encourage families to eat better, move more and pay closer attention to their health and overall wellness. We can’t do this alone and are looking for partners to help us achieve this! Please fill out a vendor application or send us an email - we would be honored to have you as part of our mission!
