  The fourth annual Family Fit Fest is scheduled for March 24, 2012 in downtown Winter Haven.  This completely FREE event promotes healthy living choices and will be lots of fun for the entire family.

  
  

  Over 50 community partners will be in attendance to educate, entertain, and entice event goers with the benefits of healthy living. Kids will have the opportunity to learn about and make healthy snacks using fresh food donated by local companies. The family fun run will make a lap around central park and finishers wlll receive a free t-shirt! Other highlights of the event include FREE health screenings, educational games, and informational booths.
