Membership Categories
Provisional Members are those members who are engaged in training established by the
JLGWH to prepare them for effective community and League involvement. Please visit the

Provisional Member Financial Responsibilities:
$26.25 AJLI Membership Dues
$55.00 JLGWH Membership Dues
$30.00 Spring Dinner Ticket
$25.00 Hospitality Fee
Tax deductable portion: $81.25
Active Members are those members who have completed provisional training and justify
active membership by demonstrating volunteer service to their communities and the League.
Active members are required to serve on all projects and fundraising activites of the League,
the obligagtions for which are determined annually by the Board of Directors. All members on
Active status are required to attend 5 general membership meetings. Active members are also
required to hold a Placement within JLGWH.
Advisory Active Members are those members who have given extraordinary sercie to the Lague and/or
the community. They are members of AJLI for a total of six years, including one year as a Provisional.
Advisory Active Members serve in an advisoory capacity to committees and the League as requested
and retain all privileges of Active membership. All past presidents of JLGWH are automatically
eligible for Advisory-Active status. All members on Advisory-Active status are required to
attend 3 general membership meetings.

Sustaining members are those members who have fulfilled the active membership requirements and
have been a member of AJLI for a total of six years, including one year as a Provisional member.
Sustaining Member Financial Responsibilities:
$35.00 AJLI Membership Dues
$40.00 JLGWH Membership Dues
Tax deductable portion: $75.00
Because JLGWH is a 501(c)3 not-for-profit organization, a portion of the financial responsibilites
are tax deductible. This amount is listed above for each membership category and reduced by the
value of goods or services provided by the League.
